Director Ateley’s film ‘Jawan’ has taken a liking to the entire Bollywood industry. Shot with King Khan Shah Rukh, the film has grossed over Rs 1143 crores at the box office, speaking volumes of its success. After ‘Jawan’, many Bollywood stars have approached Ateley to collaborate with him, but Ateley has decided to team up with Telugu star Allu Arjun for his next project. However, due to unexpected reasons, the project has been put on hold.
It is rumored that Ateley has been narrating a story to none other than Salman Khan, a prominent star in Bollywood. According to sources, Salman Khan has expressed his interest in the project. Furthermore, Ateley and Salman Khan are said to have a meeting scheduled soon, as per insiders.
On another note, Salman Khan is also simultaneously working on another film, ‘Sikandar’, with AR Murugadoss, a prominent director. The film features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and is expected to hit the screens soon.
Salman Khan’s New Venture
It is reported that the reason for the delay in Ateley’s project with Allu Arjun is the massive remuneration the director demanded. Ateley wanted a whopping Rs 80 crores as remuneration, but the producers, Greta Arts, were unwilling to pay. This led to the project being put on hold. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is currently busy with the shoot of his film ‘Pushpa 2’ which is expected to release on August 15th.
Remuneration Issues
It is rumored that Bollywood star Bunty has an issue with remuneration, delaying his upcoming project. Bunty is said to be demanding a massive fee for his role in the film, leaving the producers unhappy. The project was initially planned to release on August 15th, but has been put on hold indefinitely.
