This is because the film has a lot of violence, and the censor board has given it an A certificate. Additionally, the run time of the film has also been locked, which is 2 hours 25 minutes.
However, an official announcement from the makers is awaited. The film features S.J. Surya, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, and Sanchita Shetty in important roles. A.R. Rahman is scoring the music for this film, which is produced by Sun Pictures and is scheduled to be released worldwide on July 26.
