Former Andhra Pradesh Minister and CPI leader Roja Selvamani is currently jobless. She contested from Nagarigari constituency as an MLA in the recent Andhra Pradesh elections and lost. Similarly, CPI also suffered a crushing defeat in the elections. Due to this, Roja has decided not to engage in politics for now and has instead decided to focus on the film industry. She has already started making attempts for a comeback in films.
