Recently a dancer named Satish filed a complaint against Johnny Master at the police station and released a video. Many allegations were made in it. Johnny Master says he will leave the industry if they prove to be true. A press meet was held with the members of the association to reveal the antecedents of this dispute.
President of Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association (TFTDDA) Johnny Master said.. “Here I am speaking as the president of this association and not as a person related to a party or a region. We took a land for our union in an area for five crores. It is fraught with problems. They chose me believing that if there is a Johnny master, they will talk to the elders and bring it, health insurance. It has been six months since I became the President. At this time there is an election code in AP and Telangana. Ramadan came in the middle. I don’t listen to songs at that time. I don’t even do choreography. I have been in initiation for a month. I spoke to Ram Charan and Upasana about health insurance in these six months. Actions have been taken for the development of the union. We have done many things. And when it comes to Satish, everything Ayesha said is true. According to the rules, he was fined one lakh rupees after talking to the committee and choreographers. I have given money to anyone in our association who is in trouble. I don’t want to punch someone’s stomach. If Satish wrote a letter saying that it was a mistake, they would forgive the first mistake and let it go. Not fine people. They threatened some people that I will show them. Some songs were also made in these four months. They accused me more. Satish released a video. Even if one of them is true, I will leave the industry. At one point I was the Vice Chairman of the State Campaign Committee. My chief should not be troubled by me. Telangana should not suffer from me. That’s why I called this press meet,” he said.
TFTDDA General Secretary Srinu Devara said.. “We are an association with a history of 33 years. It has some rules and regulations and bylaws. The bylaws book contains what to do if any member of the organization commits a wrongdoing. Our member Jee Satish went out against the rules and spoke as he pleased. He filed a police complaint. This has never happened before. We talked to the office bearers and found a way to solve any problem. That is our way of union. Apart from this, no one went out and filed a complaint. Satish violated those rules. Some of the things that happened in our community were given status. They used foul language for saying no. Later, when he was called to the committee, he admitted that he had made a mistake. The rules stipulate that if such acts are committed, they will be fined and re-worked. But, he did not agree to that. The bylaws passed by Johnny’s Master Committee did not make any changes. We are following what was before that,” he said.
Ayesha Master said.. ”Someone should speak out after putting things on the notice board in the general body. But, he leaked it. I showed his status to Johnny. He called the committee members and told them to pick it up. Then he called Johnny and scolded him. Not that my husband was scolded. It is not right for a choreographer to insult a union president. Therefore, a committee meeting was held on the second day. Satish admitted that he was wrong and refused to pay the fine. In the past, even if Johnny Master did not do anything wrong, he was fined and worked. Ten years ago, Johnny Master went and spoke after knowing that some people were shooting non-union members. Therefore, he is in remand for 14 days. He is always in front for the union and for the members of the union. Satish is making false accusations against the person who packed rice for four people. Satish’s couple is calling some people to speak against Johnny and give them five or ten thousand. Telangana will not see the differences between Andhra and Telangana unless our union anchors those who have talent,” he said.
